Don't worry about what other people think

Waking up in the morning, getting out of bed and enjoying another day in sales is not entirely done for ME or YOU. It's done for family and friends as well. We work and strive for better positions at our companies and new business and more money to fulfill a need. My need and most likely yours as well is to provide MORE for our families. Our goals to achieve this need to be met and the choices and methods we put in place are for a reason. Now, I would have to say that most of our choices are the right ones but we do make mistakes from time to time. But don't second guess your choices. Don't listen to nay sayers, weak minds and rude comedic comments. Just put your head down and strive for your goals. Some people think they are perfect and can do NO wrong etc but in reality we are all relatively the same. Remember my post about putting on our underwear the same way. Now one caveat here would be DEFINITELY listen to constructive criticism and learn from mistakes. But keep your mind free from THAT colleague that is always complaining or judging or absent minded. They will take you down and many around them. Stick to your guns. If you think you need to ask a certain question, ask it. If you think a customer needs special attention than do it. If you think extra time cold calling or email campaigns or some change is needed are necessities than do it. Go with instincts and don't worry what other people think.

God bless the families enduring Hurricane Sandy's aftermath. Our prayers are with you. For those of you from the NY Tri State area or around the world and want to donate diapers, canned food, baby food and garbage bags for the residents of Long beach Long Island, NY please send or drop off to 157 E Sunrise Hwy Freeport, NY 11520. Put it attention Hurricane Sandy Freeport Donation Center.
