Be heard and voice your ideas

If you think our fearless leaders and wealthiest people in this crazy world we live in didn't voice opinions quite frequently, your sadly mistaken.  People want to be heard and understood.  If no one spoke up and voiced opinions and ideas we wouldn't exist.  Everything you see around you outside of nature was created by people.  Our companies and buildings and technology and household appliances and electricity and the telephone and the TV.  All created by people.  

Now lets relate this to sales and our lives.  Don't be afraid to voice opinions and ideas and strategies.  You might piss someone off but they will get over it.  You might step on a toe or two but they will eventually forget.  And most importantly is be different and stick out.  Don't be afraid to stick out and voice what you might think is broken or may need to be done in different ways.  Believe me the people that work there way up a corporate ladder are heard and heard loud and clear.  We all think in different ways and some of your ideas might just help you and your entire company immediately.  And if not immediately you bet your gaining credibility.  One thing to remember is always act professional and stick to your morals.  Don't over do it but DO IT.
