Burn the midnight oil for SALES

Time. Time is something we never have enough of. We wake up, get kids off to school and we leave to start the journey in sales. Our days are filled with meetings, calls and very busy minds. Before you know it the afternoon is here and the later afternoon comes shortly thereafter and before you know it the day ends. Kids are home, homework needs to be done, dinner needs to be cooked and cleaned up and quality time needs to be spent with family.

SALES is not a full time job. I like to call it an " All the time job". It never sleeps. It's like Las Vegas, the city that never sleeps. Customers and business in general are by our nature not very patient. and rightfully so with how competitive this world has become. We need work and think in the off hours of the day. This will be when you get the most quality work accomplished and impress the most. Working late will gain confidence from your leadership and peers. This shows you take your career position seriously and are willing to put in the extra effort.

Believe it or not people do look at what time you send and respond to emails. I know I do and I cannot be the only one. If you aren't burning the midnight oil try it out and see what response you get from peers, leaders and even customers. It will become an eye opener for you. Go the extra mile, take some risk and do things differently than the crowd.

Happy Selling!!
